Returns
All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted.
Please send us an email at customerservice@calspas.com and tell us what
you are returning, the order number it was purchased on and the reason for return. An RMA number will be issued to you via
email within 48 hours.
If your product was received damaged you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. Freight damage must be documented
with photographs.
All items purchased on quickspaparts.com and quickbbqparts.com with the exception of spa covers carry a 30 day warranty against
factory defects. Please keep your original packing slip, it has information you will need to receive a refund or replacement part.
Pumps carry a 6 month Warranty.
- No product return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Your return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original, salable packaged condition without cosmetic or other damage.
- Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Orders receiving the free freight offer will have the freight deducted from the original purchase price.
- Spa Covers & Cabinet Panels are Excluded from being returned. No exceptions.
About Spa Cover Shipping
Spa covers normally take about 8 - 12 weeks from the time of order to actual delivery (time varies by location). All spa
covers are made to order just for you and therefore we do not accept returns of this item. Spa covers are delivered to your
door and will not be installed. Extraordinary deliveries may require additional carrier charges.
Spa covers carry a 90 days manufacturer's warranty, however all freight costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
